Andi Sachs is a skilled and compassionate occupational therapist with over a decade of experience helping children, teens, young adults, and their families build the skills they need to thrive. A proud Boston University graduate, Andi has worked across private practice and New York City’s independent special education schools, where she designed hands-on programs for middle and high school students. Her work focuses on executive functioning, daily living skills, and self-regulation — always with the goal of helping students feel more confident, capable, and independent in their everyday lives.

Today, Andi combines her school-based expertise with her private practice, offering executive function coaching and therapy for individuals navigating ADHD, learning differences, autism spectrum disorders, and other developmental challenges. Her practical, individualized approach helps clients apply strategies that create real-world success at home, school, and beyond.

In addition to her direct work with clients, Andi frequently leads engaging professional development workshops and speaks to educators, organizations, and parent communities, giving them tools to nurture executive functioning skills and create supportive, empowering environments.
